Following encounter with Citizen ID Drone

What is it?

This looks like a citizen ID drone. One of mine as well!

These are very rare, and hard to find. It opens a very special place at the heart of my city.

This one isn't exactly in proper working condition...

If you want to use it, you'll have to find a way to reactivate it and imprint it to yourself.
