Its a model for a drill press, maybe you’ve seen them in the drill sites far West of here?
This one showcases a newer model, when they had a sufficient output of void fluid and the revolution was reaching its zenith.
They utilized a mix of organic muscle strands and typical press machinery, this allowed for a system that would decay much slower while keeping at an adequate pace compared to the old hydraulic systems.
Whoever made this pearl seems to have largely forgotten the venting tubes, which is a crucial part of their design, I can only hope this was noticed.
